Robert Pugh is a Welsh film and television actor.

Pugh was born in Cilfynydd and graduated from Rose Bruford College in 1976. In 2007, he co-starred alongside Genevieve O'Reilly and Geraldine James in ITV1 drama The Time of Your Life, where he played a parent whose 36-year-old daughter was recovering from an 18 year coma. He also starred as notorious Nazi Hermann Göring in a 2006 BBC drama-documentaryNuremberg: Nazis on Trial and he also played Harold Wilson in the Channel 4 drama Longford. In May 2010 he appeared as Tony in the two part Doctor Who story "The Hungry Earth" and "Cold Blood".

Pugh is also one of eight celebrities chosen to participate in an intense week learning Welsh in an eco-friendly chic campsite in Pembrokeshire in the series cariad@iaith:love4languageshown on S4C in May 2012.
