Judith Paris trained at the Royal Ballet School and danced with the company. She was a member of the Royal National Theatre for eleven years and the RSC for three seasons and has performed extensively on the West End stage, both in straight drama and in music theatre. Judith made her Broadway debut in Medea with Diana Rigg and recently returned there in the RSC production of Hecuba with Vanessa Redgrave. Last year she played Mrs Higgins in the No. 1 tour of My Fair Lady for the Royal National Theatre/Cameron Mackintosh. 

TV credits include Dr WhoVita Sackville-West - All Passion SpentA Touch Of Frost, Lynda La Plante's Mind Games and she played Mrs Thatcher in The Various Ends Of Mrs F's Friends. Among Judith's extensive film credits are a number directed by Ken Russell: Dance Of The Seven VeilsPrisoners Of Honour with Richard Dreyfuss, The DevilsIsadora Duncan and Dante's Inferno with Oliver Reed. 

Paris has written, choreographed, compiled and directed a number of small scale shows, all of which have been successfully produced in London. She was the co-director and choreographer on the British Youth Opera's Carmen. For the New End Theatre she wrote Weill and Lenya, directed by Ken Russell, in which she played Lotte Lenya. Judith has just completed a No.1 UK tour of Chichester Festival Theatre's production of Hobson's Choice playing Mrs Hepworth.
