Alan Tucker was an actor in the 1960s and 70s, appearing in a variety of television programmes over the course of his career. Early on he played King Edward in The Wars of the Roses and then Parry in Softly Softly. As well as Doctor Who, other shows include UFO, Z Cars, Ace of Wands, Colditz and I Claudius.
