Born: 1980 (age: 33)
Born in Pembrokeshire, Cookson graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in New Media Production in 2002 and moved to London, where he has worked as a teacher, extra, graphic designer, and in more recent years as a production assistant (including the dramas The Curse of Steptoe, Hughie Green, Most Sincerely and Frankie Howerd: Rather You Than Me), and as a script editor on shows including Survivors, The Fades and Ripper Street).
