Simon Watts




An award winning actor from Ammanford, in South Wales.

He first trained with the National Youth Theatre of Wales as a teenager, and then went on to gain a 1st Class Hons degree at the Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama in London.

Watts has worked extensively in Theatre, Television and Radio in Wales and further afield.

His theatre credits include work at the Royal Shakespeare Company, Almeida Theatre London, Royal Exchange Manchester, Sherman Theatre Cardiff, Theatr Clwyd and Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru.

Simon’s recent TV credits include Craith / Hidden (Severn Screen), Pili Pala (Triongl TV), Yr Amgueddfa (Boom Cymru), Enid & Lucy (Boom Cymru), Deian a Loli (Cwmni Da), Person A (Cwmni Da, S4C) and Pobol y Cwm (BBC Studios)

He is a fluent Welsh speaker.
