Phil Baxter

Phil Baxter is an English actor.

He trained in youth theatre in the North West of England and at the University of Sheffield. His early career was spent as a working musician and he only returned to acting when he was offered a background role on the 2020 Oscar winning Kenneth Branagh film "Belfast." Since then he has appeared in UK television shows such as The Gathering (2024), Netflix series "Who Killed Jill Dando?" and doubled for Ben Affleck as Batman in the 2023 feature film "The Flash."
