Miranda Borman played Stellar in the Doctor Who television story Dragonfire.

She appeared in the London West End run of the musical Les Miserables (as Young Cosette).

Borman's family later moved to Australia where she continued to pursue acting, being nominated in 1999 for a Music Theatre Guild of Victoria award for a community theatre production of You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown. Borman later studied at the University of Melbourne where she participated in student theatre and graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Creative Arts – Theatre.
