Liz White

Born in Rotherham in 1979, Liz White had a number of small roles in film and television, including Auf Wiedersehn Pet (2002), Vera Drake (2004) and The Street (2004). But it was her portrayal of Annie Cartwright in Life On Mars that brought the actress into the public eye, appearing in both series with John Simm.

Since then, she has appeared in series one of The Fixer, The Crimson Petal and the White, and starred as the eponymous woman in The Woman in Black.
