Sue Stapely

Sue Stapley was a Production Assistant on Doctor Who.

She worked for BBC TV Drama Department for several years from 1966 to 1973, working on a number of seminal series including Z Cars, Dr Who, Kipling, The Brothers, Mask of Janus and others. 

After leaving the BBC she requalified as a solicitor. She was Head of Public Relations at the Law Society of England and Wales before moving into consultancy, as a director of Fishburn Hedges, the award-winning London communications and design consultancy. She later operated independently.

She was a Trustee of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, a board member of the Media Standards Trust and of Brighton Dome & Festival.
