Huw Edwards
Born: Friday 18th August 1961 (age: 63)
Huw Edwards was a BAFTA award-winning Welsh journalist, presenter and newsreader.
He was the main news presenter for BBC News, introducing coverage of the death of Queen Elizabeth II and the coronation of Charles III. He departed from the Corporation in 2023.
In 2024 he was convicted of possessing indecent images of children and sentenced to a six-month jail sentence suspended for two years.
