Bromley

John Bromley was a technician who worked at the Inferno Project during the 1970s.

While monitoring the Project's power output, he was knocked out by the Primord that had been Harry Slocum. The brief contact infected him and he also mutated into a Primord.

He was killed when the Third Doctor sprayed him with a fire extinguisher.
