von Weich

Von Weich was the name used by a War Lord posing as a major in the German Army in their simulated version of World War I. He used his "monocle" to implant suggestions into the minds of his subordinates.He tried to capture the Second Doctor and his allies, but was himself taken by the resistance. He was shot and killed by Private Moor.
