Stage Manager
On Christmas Eve, 1869, the stage manager of the Taliesin Lodge told Charles Dickens that he had to go on stage for his reading of A Christmas Carol. Charles told the stage manager that he was on his own that Christmas and that he was tired of his readings going on and on. The stage manager offered to lend Charles his wife for Christmas, but he did not do so. The stage manager was scared when the the alien Gelth abandoned Peace and flew around the theatre.
