Colonel Meme

Colonel Meme was a colonel aboard the Papal Mainframe. 

Serving under the Mother Superious Tasha Lem, she was present at the Siege of Trenzalore and the Mainframe's subsequent transition into the Church of the Silence. When the Daleks attacked the Mainframe, she was turned into a Dalek Puppet.
