Mr Hedges

Ralph Hedges was the manager of a bank in England, 2002. He was working with Harris and his employers to commit fraud. Sarah Jane Smith got a job at the bank under the alias "Marie Samuels" in order to investigate it. When Harris found out about this, he withdrew his business from the bank, and hacked into its database to steal fourteen thousand pounds. When Hedges was going to confess to Sarah Jane, Harris had him killed. Sarah and Josh Townsend found him dead in his office, shot once in the chest and once in the head.
