McNeil

James McNeil was an officer in the New Vegas police department. He questioned Rose Tyler after the Whisper attacked the cafe in which she worked. He thought that the Ninth Doctor was a police officer from New New Scotland Yard. He was almost killed by the Whisper. After Wolfsbane killed his daughter, he tried to kill him, but the Doctor convinced him not to. The Doctor saved McNeil.
