An announcement on her role in An Adventure In Space And Time was made by her agent, Jessica Carney Associates, on 5th February: "Congratulations to Claudia Grant who is shooting An Adventure in Space and Time, her first TV job since graduating in the summer. The 90 minuter written by Mark Gatiss for the BBC tells the story of the genesis of Doctor Who. Claudia is filming the role of actress Carole Ann Ford who played the first Doctor's granddaughter."
