Henry Tobias

Henry Tobias was the editor of Moreton Harwood's Standard. He was a member of the Hecate Cult. On 20 December 1981, he nearly sacrificed Brendan Richards before being defeated by Sarah Jane Smith and K9. Tobias and the other cult members were arrested by the police.
