Ian McNeice was 74 - 12 credits, including Winston Churchill in The Pandorica Opens / The Big Bang

Ian McNeice is a prolific English screen, stage and television character actor.

He appears as Winston Churchill in four episodes of Doctor Who in 2010 and 2011. 

McNeice was born in Basingstoke in Hampshire. McNeice's acting training started at the Taunton School in Somerset, followed by two years at the Salisbury Playhouse. The next few years were spent in theatre, including a four-year career with the Royal Shakespeare Company, and a production of Nicholas Nickleby on Broadway.

His television breakthrough was as Harcourt in the award-winning series Edge of Darkness. He played the alcoholic sous chef Gustave LaRoche on the television series Chef!. He went on to appear in the 2000 television miniseries Frank Herbert's Dune as the evil Baron Vladimir Harkonnen � a role he later reprised for the 2003 sequel Children of Dune. His television appearances have included all four series of Doc Martin (in which he plays Bert Large), the third episode of the second series of Lewis and as the recurring minor character of Forum crier ("Newsreader") in the joint HBO/BBC production Rome.

McNeice has also appeared in a number of films, including 84 Charing Cross RoadDay of the DeadNo Escape,From Hell and The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain. His breakthrough into American films occurred when he played opposite Jim Carrey as Fulton Greenwall in Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls(1995). He played Nazi Gerhard Klopfer in the 2001 BBC/HBO TV film Conspiracy, dramatising the Wannsee Conference. Since then he has been in Around the World in 80 Days (2004), and the 2005 drama/supernaturalthriller White Noise. He also appeared as Potiphar in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

He has also applied his distinctive voice and accent to voice-acting roles: the Vogon character Kwaltz � director of the Vogon Constructor Fleet � in the 2005 film adaptation of Douglas Adams' multi-format creation The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy; and in 2007 when he made his Doctor Who debut guest-starring as villain Zeus in the Big Finish BBC Digital Radio 7 / CD-released drama Immortal Beloved, starring Paul McGann (as the Eighth Doctor). He had a cameo role of Joachim von Kortzfleisch, a German general who refused to put his troops under the command of officers plotting to depose Hitler's government in Valkyrie.

Bruce Purchase (died 2008 aged 69) would have been 86 - 2 credits, including Captain in The Pirate Planet

Bruce Purchase was a New Zealand-born actor known for his roles on stage and television. Born in Thames, New Zealand, he won a scholarship to study acting in England, training at RADA, and went on to become a founding actor-member of Laurence Olivier's National Theatre. He also performed regularly with the Royal Shakespeare Company.

His television credits include: Callan, The First Churchills, A Picture of Katherine Mansfield, Doomwatch, Fall of Eagles, I, Claudius, The New Avengers, Doctor Who (in the serial The Pirate Planet), Blake's 7, the ITV serial Quatermass in 1979 and The Tripods.

In 2007, Purchase became seriously ill while touring with a production of The Last Confession. He died of cancer on 5 June 2008 at his home in Putney, London.

Gabriel Woolf was 92 - 6 credits, including Sutekh in Pyramids of Mars

Gabriel Woolf  is an English film and television actor.

He played Sutekh in the 1975 Doctor Who serial Pyramids of Mars. In the 2006 series, Woolf returned to provide the voice of "The Beast" in the two part story "The Impossible Planet" and "The Satan Pit". 

Woolf renewed his association with Doctor Who in 1981 by reading three novelisations of Doctor Who stories for the Royal National Institute for the Blind. The books were The Three DoctorsDoctor Who and the Carnival of Monsters and Doctor Who and the Loch Ness Monster, all written byTerrance Dicks.

He joined up with the Doctor again by performing in the Big Finish Productions audio play Arrangements for War and its sequel, Thicker than Water. He also appeared on the Pyramids of Mars DVD in a sketch calledOh Mummy: Sutekh's Story and a documentary piece titled Osiran Gothic.
