Bryan Dick is an English actor, who has starred in multiple motion pictures, television series, and stage productions in both the United Kingdom and United States.

 In 2008 he appeared Torchwood as Adam in an episode of the same name.  

TV roles include Thomas Wyatt in the 2005 The Virgin Queen, and Prince Turveydrop in the award-winning BBC version of Charles Dickens's Bleak House. He returned to Dickens in 2007 as Freddie Trent in The Old Curiosity Shop and in the same year was cast as Danny in the new ITV comedy drama, Sold. He also appeared in Ordeal By Innocence in the Agatha Christie Marple series alongside Geraldine McEwan. He also appeared in the popular television show "Shameless" when he took on the role of Jack Wyatt. He also took the roll of Mr Ian Bateley in the BBC drama Excluded.

He has had several roles on the big screen, including the role of Joseph Nagle opposite Russell Crowe in Peter Weir's Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003) and the werewolf Rafe in Katja von Garnier's film Blood and Chocolate (2007). Other films include Brothers of the Head (2005) and Colour Me Kubrick (2006).

John Simm was 54 - 9 credits, including The Master in Utopia

John Simm is an English stage and screen actor.

He is best known for his roles as Sam Tyler in the detective drama Life on Mars and as The Master in Doctor Who.

He has also starred in many highly acclaimed award-winning television dramas such as The Lakes, Cracker, State of Play, Crime and Punishment, Clocking Off and Sex Traffic and films such as Human TrafficWonderland and 24 Hour Party People.

He is an Olivier award nominee, and in 2010, he played Hamlet at the Crucible Theatre.

 


Jamie Glover was 55 - 8 credits, including Ian Chesterton in The First Doctor Adventures Volume 01(BF)

Jamie (the son of Julian Glover and Isla Blair) has made a number of theatre and television appearances, most recently on television as Dr. Michael Evans in Father Brown and on the stage as Garry Lejeune in Noises Off; however, he is perhaps most recognisable from television as deputy head Andrew Treneman in the BBC series Waterloo Road.

He has also voiced a number of roles in various media within the Star Wars universe, including the voice of General Maximilian Veers, a role notably played by his father. However his most significant role was voicing the Sith Lord Darth Malgus in the currently popular MMO phenomenon, Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Jackie Lane (died 2021 aged 79) would have been 83 - 6 credits, including Dodo in The Massacre

Jackie Lane was an English actress noted for her role as Dodo Chaplet alongside first Doctor William Hartnell.

In 1963 she was playing the part of the secretary in "Compact" when she was offered the part of the Doctor's grand-daughter, Susan, but decided that she did not want to be tied down to a year's contract. In 1966, however, having had only sporadic work in between, she accepted an offer from John Wiles, who had seen her as a Cockney character in a play, to portray Dorothea Chaplet. She played the part from February to July 1966

Lane gave up acting after her stint on Doctor Who, and went to work as a secretary in the Australian embassy in Paris. She returned to England some time later and is now head of an acting agency's voice-over department. She went on to become a theatrical agent, representing Tom Baker and Janet Fielding.

Lane was eighteen when she played the role of Dodo and is therefore the youngest female actor to have played a companion in the series - Matthew Waterhouse who played Adric in the early 1980s being the youngest male actor to have played a companion.

The actress will be played by Sophie Holt in the 50th Anniversary drama An Adventure In Space And Time.


David Nettheim (died 2008 aged 82) would have been 99 - credited as Fedorin in The Enemy of the World

David Nettheim was an Australian actor.

He appeared in the 1967 Enemy of the World.

He was educated at Sydney Grammar School and joined 2GB as an office boy in 1941. He took on occasional writing and announcing roles and was involved in production of John Dease's "Quiz Kids".

He was involved with the Metropolitan Theatre, Mercury Theatre and Phillip Street Theatre, where he both wrote for and acted in their famous revues.

He worked with Michael Bentine and John Bluthal in the Goon Show-like radio programme "Three's a Crowd" for radio 2UE, which ran for 34 weekly half-hour episodes. He next worked in England with Peter Sellers and Michael Bentine in the 1957 television comedy skit show Yes, It's the Cathode-Ray Tube Show. 

He was the uncle of director Daniel Nettheim.

Zohra Sehgal (died 2014 aged 102) - 2 credits, including Attendent on Ping-Cho in Marco Polo

Zohra Sehgal is an Indian stage and film actress, who started her career as dancer with dancer Uday Shankar in 1935 and worked with him for the next eight years. 

She appeared in two Hartnell Doctor Who stories, playing an Attendent in the 1964 story Marco Polo and Sheyrah in the 1965 story The Crusade.

She has appeared in many Bollywood films as well as English language films and television series. She is most known for her appearances in Bhaji on the Beach (1992), The Mystic Masseur (2001),Bend It Like Beckham (2002), Dil Se.. (1998) and Cheeni Kum (2007); and the TV series, The Jewel in the Crown (1984), Tandoori Nights (1985�87), Amma and Family (1996). Considered the doyenne of Indian theatre, she acted with Indian People's Theatre Association (IPTA) and Prithviraj Kapoor's Prithvi Theatre for fourteen years, during the period traveled over India, with the troupe.

She was awarded the Padma Shri in 1998, Kalidas Samman in 2001, and in 2004, the Sangeet Natak Akademi, India's National Academy for Music, Dance and Drama, presented her with its highest award, the Sangeet Natak Akademi Fellowship for lifetime achievement. She received the Padma Vibhushan, India's second-highest civilian honor, in 2010.


Emrys Jones (died 1972 aged 56) - credited as The Master in The Mind Robber

Emrys Jones was an English actor wo appeared in the 1969 Doctor Who story The Mind Robber.

He made his film debut in One of Our Aircraft Is Missing (1942). He was often cast as young innocents in films such as: The Wicked Lady (1945); The Rake's Progress (1945); Nicholas Nickleby (1947); Holiday Camp (1947); and Powell and Pressburger's The Small Back Room (1949).

On television he appeared in such programmes as Softly, Softly; Out of the Unknown; Dixon of Dock Green; Doomwatch; Z-Cars.
