Emilia Fox is an award-winning English actress, known for her role as Dr. Nikki Alexander on BBC crime drama Silent Witness. She also appeared as Morgause in the BBC's Merlin.

Daniel Evans is a Welsh actor and director.

He starred as Daniel Llewellyn in the 2005 Christmas special of Doctor Who, which introduced David Tennant as the 10th Doctor.

Evans trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama from 1991�1994. He appeared in the controversial play Cardiff East at the Royal National Theatre in 1997 and as the title role in Peter Pan.

On television, he has worked extensively with the BBC, especially in period dramas, including Great Expectations with Ioan Gruffudd, Daniel Deronda with Hugh Dancy, and The Virgin Queen with Anne-Marie Duff.

Andrew Marr is a British journalist and political commentator. He edited The Independent for two years until May 1998, and was political editor of BBC News from 2000 until 2005.

He began hosting a political programme Sunday AM, now called The Andrew Marr Show, on Sunday mornings on BBC One from September 2005. Marr also hosts the BBC Radio 4programme Start the Week. In 2007 he presented a political history of post-war Britain onBBC Two, Andrew Marr's History of Modern Britain, followed by a prequel in 2009 - Andrew Marr's The Making of Modern Britain focusing on the period between 1901 and 1945. In 2010 he presented a series, Andrew Marr's Megacities, examining the life, development and challenges of some of the largest cities in the world. In early 2012 he presented The Diamond Queen, a 3 part series about the 60-year reign of Queen Elizabeth II.

Louise Pajo  is a New Zealand born actress, who is remembered by fans of Doctor Who for her role as Gia Kelly in the 1969 serial The Seeds of Death.

Pajo graduated from RADA in the mid-60s and has appeared in classic UK shows like The Avengers and U.F.O.

She subsequently moved to Australia where she continued her acting career. Notable roles include the three episode guest role of Helen Masters in Prisoner in 1979. This was followed by the regular role of the snobbish Margery Carson in Carson's Law for its entire two year run, starting 1983. Pajo also portrayed one of other women in Sex and the Other Woman (1979)

Jim Capper originally worked for the BBC as an Assistant Floor Manager on All Creatures Great and Small  and When The Boat Came In,  Production Manager in shows like Doctor Who, Tenko, Eastenders and Bergerac, and as a Location Manger for Lovejoy and The League of Gentlemen.

As well as Black Orchid, he was due to be a production manager on Timelash, but was instead replaced by Alan Wareing.

He became a primary school teacher in 1991, and then when he moved north to Chester became both a Location Manager and 1st Assistant Director for Coronation Street. He also continued to undertake shows like Emmerdale, Eastenders, Holby City, Byker Grove, and Grange Hill.

He died in July 2013 after battling an incurable form of cancer.

Robert James was a Scottish actor who had a long career on stage, television and in film spanning over five decades. 

He was born in Paisley, where his love for theatre led to a zest for amateur dramatics and he was spotted by a director from The Wilson Barrett Company. They gave him his first professional role, ultimately appearing in over 100 productions for them at The Glasgow Alhambra during the late 40's/early 50's. 

Despite being extremely busy in television, he continued treading the boards for forty years, loving being a company man whether it be at The Liverpool Playhouse (where he met his wife) or The Almeida. 

His film appearances, initially as a bit player, included the Titanic film "A Night To Remember" (1958). In "Doctor Who", his affecting performance as conscience stricken scientist slowly losing his mind in "The Power Of The Daleks" (1966) is considered among the best performances given by a guest actor in the show. 

Beatrix Lehmann was a British actress, theatre director and author.

In 1978 she played Professor Emilia Rumford in the Key to Time story The Stones of Blood

Lehmann trained at the RADA and made her stage debut as Peggy in a 1924 production The Way of the World at the Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith. In 1946 she became director and producer of the Arts Council Midland Theatre Company.

She played Susan Calvin in two episodes of the British science fiction series Out of the Unknown. In 1979 she played Mrs Pleasant in a film version of The Cat and The Canary. Other roles include parts in Z-Cars, The Spy Who Came In from the Cold, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, War and Peace, Love for Lydia, Staircase, and Crime and Punishment.
